About the source
This is a traceable community lot from around 14 smallholder farmers in Palestina, Huila, sourced through our importer, Genuine Origin. Each farmer runs their own micro-mill — hand-harvesting ripe cherries, then depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee on raised beds. That shared process keeps the lot clean and consistent, while small differences from farm to farm add complexity to the cup. Pink Bourbon itself is a genetic hybrid of the red and yellow bourbon varietals, named for the in-between color of its ripening cherries, and it's become known for a lighter, more floral profile than most Colombian coffee.
